• Curb appeal- clean up landscaping, power wash exterior, fresh coat of paint on wood surfaces
• Inside and out- remove clutter. Any item that is not used regularly put away. That includes items on counters and knickknacks 
• Organize closets to show full storage potential. remove items that are not needed
• Clean all surfaces including -fan blades and vents. 
• Touch up paint where needed. If you have dark colors maybe repaint. Buyer prefer a bright home when viewing
• First impression are the pictures online. Professional photographer is a must.
